Paneagle Communications Sdn Bhd has been in the information & communication technology business since 1996. Started as a distribution channel of customised and branded PCs, it moved into project based business when it was awarded the Melaka Wireless ICT Project in 2002. The project was successfully launched by the former Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir on the 3rd October 2002.

The Melaka Wireless ICT Project in 2003 further received a boost when it became the Global Reference Site for Cisco's Wireless deployment.

In late 2004, Paneagle ventured into planning and commissioning Malaysia's 1st Optical Carrier Ethernet (MetroE) project using many of the readily available dark fibres and successfully launched the project in Dec’2006. Paneagle NOC in KL Sentral was soon made as the Global Reference Site for Huawei-3Com's Metro Ethernet deployment.

Paneagle is a company driven mainly by industry specialist coming from various fields of expertise such as engineering, physics, mathematics, R&D, systems analysts, network specialists, content developers, systems integrators, etc.
